Moonroom terms

These terms cover Moonroom (moonroom.mehyar.us), an AI photo studio run by Mehyar Soft LLC. They sit under our company-wide Terms of Service; for anything about Moonroom itself, this page is the specific one. How we handle your photos is covered on the Moonroom Privacy & Photo Terms page.

What you are buying

Moonroom sells one-time digital photo packs, delivered as AI-generated images in your online gallery:

Each pack is generated in the one style you pick before you pay — the whole pack shares that style. Photo fix-ups (Upscale, Background Blur, Object Removal) are free within the same 3 free previews per device, shared with portrait and product previews; a pack does not add a separate fix-up allowance. Prices are one-time payments in USD, charged through Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Words we use

All sales are final

Moonroom purchases are non-refundable. Every pack can be evaluated before purchase through 3 free watermarked previews, and the paid packs are offered on the basis of those previews. AI-generated results vary with the input photo you provide. If a generation ever fails outright, we re-run it free — email [email protected] from your checkout email to claim it. If a paid pack's likeness misses, email us the same way within 30 days of purchase and we regenerate the whole pack free — re-delivery is the sole remedy.

Free previews

Free previews are watermarked, are provided for evaluation only, and may not be used commercially.

Your rights in the output

For every image you unlock with a paid pack, you receive full commercial rights: you may use, reproduce, publish, and sell the unlocked watermark-free images, including in advertising and in products you offer for sale, without further payment to Mehyar Soft LLC. Mehyar Soft LLC claims no ownership of your unlocked images. These rights apply to Moonroom's output only: you are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any photo you upload (including the people and products shown in it), and Mehyar Soft LLC does not grant you any rights in third-party trademarks, likenesses, or branded products that appear in your uploads or outputs. Because the images are AI-generated, Mehyar Soft LLC cannot guarantee that an output will be unique to you or registrable as a trademark.

Delivery and access

Most packs are ready within 10 minutes of purchase; at busy times delivery can take longer. Paid packs are delivered in the browser through your purchase token and gallery link; there is no account and no cross-device sync. Your purchase token is your key — it lives in your success link and your gallery link, and we email you a copy at your checkout email when your pack is ready — still, keep the link somewhere safe. If you lose it, email [email protected] from your checkout email and we'll restore your access after verifying it's you. Uploaded photos are kept for 30 days so we can finish your pack and re-run it if needed, then deleted; you may request deletion of your data at any time via the Privacy & Photo Terms page.

The service

Moonroom's output is generated by AI models. Portraits are artistic renderings based on your input photo; they are not photographs of you, and results are not guaranteed to satisfy any third party's photo requirements (for example, government ID standards). By uploading, you confirm the photo is of you — or that you have the person's permission — and that you are 18 or older; the full photo terms are on the Privacy & Photo Terms page.

Acceptable use

Out of bounds: uploading a photo of another person without their permission; uploading any photo of a minor (Moonroom is 18+ only); creating imagery that breaks the law or someone else's rights; and presenting AI portraits as genuine photographs to deceive — for example as evidence, as press photos, or to impersonate someone. We may refuse or remove generations that cross these lines.
